Utilities -Failure to keep your lights, gas and water on will result in your lease being considered for termination.
Evictions - If three evictions are filed with the Magistrate Court for failure to pay rent on time, in a calendar year (January 1st - December 31st), your Lease Agreement may be terminated.
Decals and Visitor's Decals - It is mandatory that all residents that own a vehicle in their name have a decal on their car. If you have a vehicle and it is not registered in your name, you must have a visitor decal on the car. Towing is in effect. We do not call the towing company; they canvas the parking areas at their discretion.
No Smoking - If you, members of your household and guest smoke in your apartment, you will be subject to receive a lease violation and possible termination after three violations.
Moving Out - Please change your address at the post office and leave a forwarding address with the office prior to moving. Once you turn your keys in, we will not be able to allow you to check the mailbox for mail.
Documents Copied- We will only make copies of original documents (birth certificate, social security card, drivers license and state issued identification cards). We will no longer make copies of identifying documents from our files for you to use at another agency.
Lease - To obtain a copy of your lease, you will be required to pay $1.00 per page. After your Recertification, a copy of your lease is mailed to you. Please put it in a safe place so that you can get it when you need it.
