Public Housing Applications

The Public Housing Program waiting list is currently closed.

Before you apply:

Thank you for your interest in the Housing Authority of Darlington's housing programs. We maintain a waiting list for our housing programs according to Federal housing laws. Our online application is an easy, step-by-step way to get your name on our waiting lists.

NOTE: This online application is for NEW applications only. Do not submit two applications. The most recent application submitted will be kept; all others will be rejected.

You must complete the entire application for the application to be valid.

Before you begin the application, you must have the names, dates of birth, and social security numbers available for all household members. You should also know the amount of income, assets, and expenses for each household member. If you do not have all the information required, your application cannot be processed.
The Housing Authority of Darlington will notify you by mail to confirm your application has been accepted. If, for any reason, additional information is required, we will notify you by mail.

If you have any questions, please contact our office by phone or email.
