Semi Annual Inspections

The Housing Authority of Darlington will be conducting Semiannual Inspections, weather permitting:
May 6th through May 10th: for the tenants on Asbury St., Baltimore Circle and Knight St.
May 6th through May 10th: for the tenants of 101 Bowen St through 138 Bowen St.
May 13th through May 16th: for the tenants of Limit St. Court St. and King Edwards St.
We will be checking for unit repairs as well as housekeeping. You do not need to be home during these inspections....
Inspections will be done between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm
Please remember, you cannot have furniture or TV's that block access to windows or doors and that lawn furniture is the only acceptable furniture on porches.
